Very rude and in helpful! Went in to get help for a foster dog after much research on the type of cart needed for our boy we went in for his measurements four a quad cart $700.00 plus later they insist he only needs a rear wheel with training wheels. They were wrong poor pup still falls over they have been zero help and we our our over $700.00. Money wasted and I’m welcome to donate the cart but they won’t even offer a discount on what we wanted in the first place. Will never use this place again.
We purchased these wheels for our healthy older Large dog to help him walk despite weakness in his back legs. We had them customer made and cost over $1,000.! It was a TOTAL waste of money and time. There are better options on the market. Our dog could not walk with these despite his motivation to try. We drove five hours each way to have them adjusted but still they would force our dogs feet to flip over which he did not do when walking on his own. The company refused to sell them back and just get a little of our money back. Stay away.
